### description Detail knowledge of the procurement and warehousing processes gained through a minimum of five (5) years direct sourcing experience, three (3) of which were spent in a management/supervisory role * Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Management or similar field is preferred * Ability to function in a virtual matrix organization * Computer experience a must in Excel, Word and PowerPoint * SAP/Business Warehouse experience is preferred MUST MEET THE ABOVE REQUIREMENTS! * Experience working with others at all levels and excellent problem solving skills * Excellent communicator - verbal and written * Ability to facilitate change * Certified Purchasing and Supply Management (CPSM) certificate is preferred * Working knowledge of the legal aspects of buying is required * Accountability to meet individual annual savings targets * Sourcing experience is required and the ability to manage the total purchasing process - examples * Interact as account manager towards internal customers for technical/important local purchases to pay (request to order, contracts, complaint follow up) * Look for potential sources of supply in cooperation with the purchasing manager, the category manager and the internal customer * Lead the full purchasing process for products or services and final negotiation included * Decide independently on tactical purchase orders within a predetermined budget/spent fork.
