Specializing in managed solutions for inspection and containment, contract employment and warehouse logistics, we provide thousands of qualified employees to the manufacturing industry each day!Job DescriptionScope Summary: Will communicate to the customer results of all product audits and will assist when requested in the collection of data to support the Problem Solving Process Education:Associate’s degree or higher preferredQualifications:1-3 years minimum experience working in quality and/or manufacturingCommunication skills: verbal and written to support feedback of audit resultsAbility to work flexible work scheduleExperience with Problem Solving Processes (8D/5Y/5P/Fishbone, etc)Author work instructions to include Process Flow, Standardized Work, Witness Marking and Best Containment PracticesEfficient use of micrometer, caliper, depth gage, torque wrench and other measuring devicesUse of excel for summary of data collected for reporting to customerResponsibilities include:Audit incoming parts using pictures and/or boundary samplesCollect and submit data to customerCommunicate any detected change in part conformityProfessional representation of customer at site locationContributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed MS Companies is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer
